Article 1: Scope of Terms and Conditions

Any purchase from Easy-Occupational-Risk-Assessment.com is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Article 2: Making an Order on Easy-Occupational-Risk-Assessment.com

Any order confirmation through payment on our site, regardless of the payment method used by the customer, constitutes a legally binding agreement and signifies the customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. After payment is completed, the customer receives an email containing a link to their invoice for download. The invoice specifies the product(s) purchased and their corresponding price, strictly adhering to the prices listed on the website with no additional charges.

At the time of payment, Easy-Occupational-Risk-Assessment.com records proof of the transaction electronically via our hosting service WIX. This automatically generated proof of purchase is recognized as valid by all customers, regardless of the product purchased, transaction date, amount, or any other criteria.

Article 3: Delivery of Ordered Products

All standard occupational risk assessment documents are available for immediate download following payment. The customer is automatically redirected to the download page and also receives an email link to the same. In case of any download issues, customer support can be reached by email or phone. After verifying that the transaction has been successfully completed, we commit to promptly delivering your product(s).

Custom-made occupational risk assessments will not be immediately available due to the time required for creation. An estimated delivery timeline will be provided upon request.

Article 4: Pricing

Prices listed on Easy-Occupational-Risk-Assessment.com are those effective at the time of the order (see Article 2). All prices are listed in US dollars, exclusive of VAT. As per Article 293B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable to our products.

We reserve the right to modify product pricing at any time.

Article 5: Payment Methods

Payments can be made through:

PayPal via their secure platform.
Bank transfer via our payment partner, Mollie.

Other payment methods may be considered upon written request and approval.

Article 6: Product Availability

All products, unless marked as “out of stock,” are available for purchase as long as the conditions outlined in Articles 1, 2, and 3 are met.

Our host WIX automatically records all transactions. These records serve as irrefutable proof of purchase unless the customer can prove otherwise.

Article 10: Product Use and Limitations

Purchased documents may only be used by the buying entity for its own operations. Any dissemination or reproduction is prohibited and subject to legal action.

Article 11: Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for non-fulfillment of these terms due to force majeure.

Article 12: Refunds and Repairs

Satisfaction is our priority. A refund will be issued if the product does not meet your needs and if purchased less than 30 days ago.

Article 13: Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes will be governed by French law and settled by a commercial court.
